you can see a cable swing into fram around 0:08. This doesn’t look like a fail, but an unfortunate accident that couldn’t have been avoided.

Surprisingly the pilot isn’t injured? REALLY? It was a 15 foot fall to the ground and the ‘copter didn’t explode. No one fell out. In the scheme of things, this was mundane.
